You do not need to register for StrongStart.

We are extremely happy to invite all Permanent Residents parents and caregivers in Canada with children 3 to 5 years old to register for IPALS (Immigrant Parents As Learning Support). In this program parents and caregivers learn strategies to encourage their young children to develop language and literacy skills to help them connect to their community and school learning systems.
