Library cards are FREE to all residents of any age in the Fraser Valley. Books, DVDs, CDs, audiobooks, and magazines as well as newspapers, government information, and business and other directories are available for loan or reference. The FVRL website allows access to online resources such as magazine article databases, downloadable audiobooks, and the library catalogue - reserve and renew items online. Free services include Storytime for children, author readings, tours for students and career and job search tours. Access to community information, the internet and word processing is available in the libraries.

The Central Abbotsford Community School (CACS) operates its programs out of Abby Senior Secondary and Abby Middle Schools. CACS offers programs for children, parents, and families, including a range of pre-school, recreation, artistic, and even culinary programs and activities for children and adults!
